PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING

Web performance

Web performance is the measurable speed and stability of a website as experienced by real users — commonly expressed through Core Web Vitals: Largest Contentful Paint (loading), Interaction to Next Paint (responsiveness) and Cumulative Layout Shift (visual stability).

Performance is not a vanity metric: it compounds into rankings, conversion and support load. B2B sites are routinely slowed by marketing scripts, oversized media and theme bloat — all fixable, none accidental. Measurement comes first; fixes follow evidence.
