These terms govern your use of the Backend.ly platform and services.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace access is provided per account; sharing accounts between organizations is not permitted.
2. Proposals and scope
Development work is performed under fixed-price proposals. The proposal defines scope, deliverables, timeline and the number of included revisions. Work outside the accepted scope requires a new or extended proposal.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to required assets — repositories, credentials (stored in your vault), staging environments and feedback — and to review releases sent for approval.
4. Digital products
Market products are licensed, not sold. Each purchase includes the license type stated on the product page. Redistribution or resale of source files is prohibited.
5. Payments
Invoices are due on the dates stated on them. Care plans renew monthly and can be cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Liability
The platform is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages. Emergency response targets are commitments of effort, not guaranteed outcomes, unless agreed in writing.
